Jamie Shea has been an educator for nine years. During those nine years she has served in many different capacities – as a general education teacher, a special education teacher, a teacher trainer and as an administrator.

In the classroom, Jamie was a kindergarten teacher for 5 years in both general education and special education. She has served on numerous committees including School Site Council and the SST team. She holds two teaching credentials, a Multiple Subject Clear Credential with a CLAD emphasis and a Mild/Moderate Level II Credential. Additionally, she in the process of obtaining her Autism Certificate.

Jamie has worked in a virtual school environment for 4 years as a special education teacher for K-8 grades, as a teacher trainer and as an administrator. Her current role as a Needs Assessment Evaluator provides her the ability to remain involved in education, the field she loves, and to be home with her children.

Jamie has been married for five years to a firefighter with whom she has two young children. She enjoys running, cooking and writing in her spare time.
